  This can be a high-volume Tim's because of it's location next to the TransCanada highway. I am a local so know better than tourists passing through that it can be very busy at times. My experiences has been for the most part very positive. Food has been up to standard and the staff are courteous and friendly.

  Waited more than 10 minutes at the counter to be served. Staff were cleaning up the kitchen and not one of them came to help the only cashier at the counter. A big line of customers formed, and many just left before getting served. Note this was not during rush hours, just a regular late night shift. After some customers complained, staff just didn't seem to care and dragged their feet even more... Other than that, cleanliness at the tables leaves to be desired. I don't usually write reviews, but this was a real bad experience, first time I've seen this at Tim's. Last time I go to that particular location (my local store).

  30 minutes in drive thru unacceptable! Bathroom out of order. Serious mess at this place.

  Never never consistent with service. Captured audience because of location but I try to avoid going there... as well as many other friends and parents. We all agree it's brutal here. Simple steps should be taken to improve quality of service....like common sense
